- On completion of the registration form. Please print your details and the estimated proforma invoice.
- Once your registration has been received by Find A Venue, a confirmation letter will be sent to the email address given on your registration form to confirm the details of your registration.

- Payment can be made by means of a direct deposit or Internet Banking.
- Banking details are stated on the official HASA invoice and they are also listed below.
- Please quote the reference number (e.g. HC10-001) when making payment. This will appear on your official HASA invoice and will link your payment to your invoice.
- Accommodation will be allocated strictly on a first come first serve basis and NO reservation will be confirmed until full proof of payment has been received.

10 rooms at Cascades. Your rate will change based on the hotel selected.

TRANSFERS

delegates/exhibitors
require an airport transfer from OR Tambo Airport please contact the

organise below and this will be organised for you at an additional fee,

will be added to your official HASA invoice which must be settled prior
to the
conference.
