CONFERENCE COSTING

PAYMENT METHOD

  • On completion of the registration form. Please print your details on the display information page that appears, this also has an estimated proforma invoice on the bottom of the page.
  • Once you have registered a confirmation letter will be sent to you within a few days, please check all details on the confirmation letter and confirm back via email that all details are correct or supply any changes you may have.
  • KINDLY NOTE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A TAPPSA TAX INVOICE BY NO LATER THAN THE END OF THE WEEK IN WHICH YOU REGISTER.
  • Payment can be made by means of a direct deposit or EFT (internet banking).
  • Banking details are stated on the TAPPSA Tax invoice that will be sent to you as well as below.
  • Please quote the invoice number (e.g. TNC10/001) when making payment. This will appear on your TAPPSA invoice – and will link your payment to your registration.
  • Accommodation will be strictly allocated on a first come first serve basis and NO reservation will be confirmed until proof of payment has been received.
  • Please note that there are only 25 rooms reserved for TAPPSA at The Elangeni Hotel.
  • Please fax your TAPPSA invoice, together with your proof of payment to Fax #: 086 517 1401.

Rate R2 350.00 per person includes:

  • Welcome cocktail function on Tuesday the 19th October
  • Two Full day conference days on Tuesday the 19th and Wednesday the 20th October 2010
  • Tea/Coffee and lunch breaks on both conference days, including a soft drink with the lunches
  • VAT @ 14%
Late Registration – Non Member Fee:

Rate R2 750.00 per person includes:

  • Welcome cocktail function on Tuesday the 19th October
  • Two Full day conference days on Tuesday the 19th and Wednesday the 20th October 2010
  • Tea/Coffee and lunch breaks on both conference days, including a soft drink with the lunches
  • VAT @ 14%

Student Fee:
Rate R 950.00 per person includes:

  • Welcome cocktail function on Tuesday the 19th October
  • Two Full day conference days on Tuesday the 19th and Wednesday the 20th October 2010
  • Tea/Coffee and lunch breaks on both conference days, including a soft drink with the lunches
  • VAT @ 14%

ACCOMMODATION – Check in time is from 14H00
The Elangeni Hotel:
R 1 445.00 per single room per night includes: 

  • Bed & Breakfast, VAT and Tourism levy for a single delegate per night

R 1 585.00 per sharing room per night includes: 

  • Bed & Breakfast, VAT and Tourism levy for 2 sharing delegates per night in a twin or double bedded room.
